Install a runner

Draft — full page coming (based on the runner install guide).

1. Get grit-kit and a spark, and run grit setup.
2. Add the Jira connection: grit connections add <repo> --path=connection.
3. Pair it with a code from Grit settings → Runners in Jira.
4. Turn it on and start the dashboard.
